We have a national account with some AirGas locations with special pricing and will help you find a local vendor.
We charge $425 per month for the rental of the equipment and no deposit. Your credit card will be charged for the first month’s rent and $75 shipping on the day your cooler is shipped. Initial charges are non-refundable. Your box will ship via FedEx ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Monthly charges will cease when equipment is returned (not including the first month which is non-refundable) and any rental fees will be prorated. We do not charge a deposit, anything for further phone consultations, or for return shipping of the equipment.
Prior to ordering, your doctor and treatment center must be made aware you are cold capping.
